- Freight is not included and will be billed additionally.
- Lead times are 3-5 weeks after approved artwork/receipt of payment.
- PRICE BREAKS ADDED AT 20 CASES, AND 40 CASES
- 1 time setup/art fee of $50/color additional. Not included in future orders.
